Just wanted to make a quick announcement to update all our followers and customers on what’s happening with ATA. The short version is that we won’t be teaching any classes in 2018.

The longer version is this: I apologize for the silence over the last few months. In December, I unexpectedly ended up in the hospital for about nine days. I’m fully recovered now, but it took me about two months to be back to full health. Obviously, I haven’t done anything with ATA in that time. Sorry for just being completely absent/silent.

As for the future, ATA is going to go on hiatus this year. We won’t be teaching any classes in 2018 and maybe beyond. As most of you probably know, ATA isn’t my full time job. I’m currently in the middle of a career change, and I expect to be moving out of Kentucky for a while in April. So to reiterate: I won’t be teaching any classes in 2018. I’m not really sure when I’m going to resume classes. In the meantime, I do plan to resume doing some blogging, and maybe some podcasting and YouTubing. We’ll just have to see about those other two, but expect to read the occasional article from me, Dillon, Matt, and Jon.

Thanks a lot to everybody who has supported ATA over the past few years, and apologies to everybody who has contacted me wanting to take classes this year.

Don’t worry. We’ll be back.
